KASHISH 2023 INDIAN NARRATIVE SHORTS IN COMPETITION

KASHISH 2023 is excited to present 6 Indian Narrative Short Films in Competition in various Indian languages – Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi and English.

The Best Indian Narrative Short Award carries a KASHISH Golden Butterfly Trophy and a cash prize of Rs.25,000 supported by the KASHISH Arts Foundation.

All the films in all this category are also eligible to compete for the Best Performance in a Lead Role with a cash prize of Rs.25,000 supported by actor Ms.Renuka Shahane; as well as compete for the Best Screenplay Award with a cash prize of Rs.20,000 instituted in the memory of distinguished Marathi scholar and writer Dr. Arvind Vaman Kulkarni, supported by his son, actor Mr.Abhay Kulkarni.

This second guy treated him like a human being, he explained life philosophy through the process of making tea and that is to live in the moment and leave the bad past.

A DIARY’S FIRST PAGE

An unexpected meeting at a party takes Ahan and Prabhat back to where it all began. They reminisce about the good old times while walking in the park and eventually head to Ahan’s flat for a few more drinks. Flashbacks from the past strike Prabhat as he looks at that corner where the two of them used to hang out before. Meanwhile Ahan discovers the diary that he gave Prabhat a long time ago. Prabhat still carries it.

SHURPANKHA
