Ashish Sawhny has been directing & producing over 25 years, across varied disciplines such as Advertising, Digital, Documentaries, Ethnography. Recently, Ashish was ‘Series Director’ for Netflix’s documentary series- The Big Day, which hit #1 in India, and was trending across the UK & US. Ashish has associated with KASHISH since its inception with many of his documentaries being screened, as a panel host and preview team member. With a focus on gender, sexuality and lifestyle, Ashish also regularly writes, acts, is practicing as a mental health counsellor with a focus on queer clients, and is hosting his own podcast as well.
