Call for KASHISH 2026 Volunteers
This year, KASHISH returns to celebrate its 17th year in great style and panache.
Being a not-for-profit festival where every resource is utilized in making the festival happen in the best possible manner, we work together to provide a more engaging and exciting experience for everyone with the best of global LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer) film screenings, filmmaker interactions, panel discussions, and master classes.
Our volunteers are vital team members who assist us in making South Asia’s Biggest LGBTQ+ Film Festival happen every year. Every year, our amazing volunteers work for nearly 80 hours to welcome over 10000 attendees and make KASHISH Pride Film Festival a grand success.

KASHISH volunteers come from the entire spectrum, from all communities, all walks of life, and even allies are welcome too. They all work as a team to perform a variety of roles across the Festival, including registration, ushering, stage management hospitality, and more.

TO BE A KASHISH VOLUNTEER:
- YOU SHOULD BE 18 years and above on May 1, 2026.
- YOU SHOULD BE available from Wed, June 3 through Sun, June 7, 2026.
- YOU COULD BE from the entire spectrum of LGBTQ+, an Ally, from all communities, all walks of life.
