INVITATION TO PRIDE ORGANIZERS ACROSS INDIA TO JOIN KASHISH 2018 – TOGETHER WITH PRIDE
SOMETHING NEW & UNIQUE THIS YEAR AT KASHISH:
This year KASHISH in association with Consulate General of Canada, Mumbai, will offer community leaders from across India an opportunity to attend the festival and participate as a speaker at a KASHISH Konversation on May 26th Saturday to speak about Pride in their city. To help meet expenses to travel to the festival Rs 10,000 each will be provided to the selected participants. This will help the participant to attend the festival, attend special events and of course watch LGBTQ films from across the world.
Eligibility:
1. Candidates should be an Indian citizen, residing in India (outside the Mumbai Metropolitan Region) and above 18 years of age as on May 1, 2018.
2. Candidates should be community leaders and part of an organisation that is associated with the collective that organises Pride March in their respective cities.
3. Candidates will be required to attend the festival between May 23-27, 2018.
4. Candidates will ensure they are available for the specific event on May 26th.
5. Candidates must be authorised by their organisation to apply and attend KASHISH 2018.
Requirement:
Post attending KASHISH 2018, the candidate is expected to submit a report as per the format to be provided by KASHISH.
