Once you click on the link sent to you and create your login, you will receive an email with 30 tickets that can be redeemed against programs on the film portal.
To see your tickets and ticket packages any time, go to Your Tickets by clicking on the My Tickets button at the top of the screen.
Remember each program is available for 24 hours only. The start and end time is mentioned on the program.
On the film portal you can also buy individual program tickets, if you do not want to buy a full-festival pass.

Just click on this link https://xerb.tv/channel/kashish2020/virtual-events and Click on Get Passes to buy your Half-Festival Pass (outside India).
Once you create your login, and buy the full-festival pass, you will receive an email with 22 tickets that can be redeemed against programs on the film portal. (14 programs, out of the total of total 52 programs, are blocked outside India due to restrictions by the distributors)
